What will I need at my appointment?
Have your complete document and a current government-issued photo ID ready. Every signer must be present and willing to sign. Tell us beforehand if your document requires witnesses. Please wait for instructions before signing.
How much does a mobile visit cost?
The estimate combines the service fee and travel from Fordyce. Your final price depends on the document, number of notarial acts, and exact meeting address. We confirm the full price with you before traveling.
Can you come to a hospital or care facility?
Yes, visits can be requested at hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. Coordinate with facility staff first. The signer must be able to communicate, understand the signing, and act willingly. We confirm access and any witness needs before the visit.
Are evening and weekend appointments available?
Our appointment hours are Monday–Friday, 5–9 PM, and Saturday–Sunday, 8 AM–8 PM Central Time. Call or text to check the next available time. Submitting a request does not reserve a time until we confirm it.
Can you prepare a legal document for me?
We provide notarial services, not legal advice or document preparation. Ask an attorney or the organization receiving your document which form, witnesses, and notarial certificate you need.
Do you offer online notarization?
This website books in-person mobile visits. It does not offer remote online notarization. All signers must attend the agreed meeting location.
